Order Processing & Production

All products are made to order. We do not keep pre-made inventory.

Orders are typically produced and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Production times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Time

Once an order has shipped, delivery times vary by destination.

Estimated shipping time:

  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by production backlogs, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional reshipping fees or may not be eligible for a refund.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the case.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
