Returns & Refunds Policy
We design Elura products to be worn with confidence. Because each order is produced specifically for you, our return policy is intentionally limited and precise. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders are automatically sent to production and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Once an order enters fulfillment, it is considered final, as each product is made specifically for the customer.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Submitting a request does not automatically mean it will be approved.
A return may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unworn, unused, and in the exact condition it was delivered

Original tags and packaging are fully intact

Valid proof of purchase is provided

Clear photos are supplied upon request to verify eligibility
To request a return, contact us. If your request qualifies, we’ll provide return instructions.
Any item sent back without prior written approval will be refused and not returned to the sender.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we confirm a production or fulfillment error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us without delay so we can evaluate and resolve the issue appropriately.
Failure to report such issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for resolution.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Products made to order or personalized in any way

Sale or discounted items (unless confirmed defective)

Gift cards
If you’re uncertain about a product before ordering, we strongly recommend contacting us in advance.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before completing your purchase.
Requests based on sizing preferences, fit expectations, or change of mind are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
EU Consumer Rights Clarification
In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced specifically for the customer.
All SayWay products are created on demand. As a result, returns or refunds are only considered when an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
Refunds
If a return is approved and received, the item will be inspected before any refund decision is made.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Please note that banks or card providers may require additional processing time.
